1st Faculty of Biosciences Hybrid Conference
The Faculty of Biosciences, Federal University Wukari, will hold its 1st Hybrid Conference from Tuesday 4th to Friday 7th November 2025 at the Prof. Geoffrey Okogbaa Lecture Theatre (LT.1).
The theme of the conference is “From Lab to Life: Translating Biosciences Discoveries into Practice.” The conference seeks to explore practical applications of biosciences research and its contributions to health, agriculture, and environmental sustainability.

Keynote Speaker: Prof. D. A. Ameh, Fmr Ag VC Ahmadu Bello University Zaria
The conference will feature keynote lectures, plenary discussions, technical sessions, and poster presentations. It will also provide a platform for students and early-career researchers to showcase innovative projects and scientific ideas.
Participants are expected from universities, research institutions, and industry partners across Nigeria and other African countries. Both physical and virtual attendance options will be available.
