The Center for Savannah Zone Studies (CSZS) at Federal University Wukari is committed to advancing knowledge through cutting-edge research and community collaboration in the savannah zone.

Our Mission: To foster a student-centered and community-engaged environment that drives innovative research and sustainable development.

Our Vision: To lead as a world-class research institution, delivering ICT-centric education, fostering entrepreneurship, and promoting open dialogue and inquiry.

Developing improved crop varieties, precision irrigation, pest control strategies, and farmer co-created extension models.

Conducting long-term monitoring of flora and fauna, invasive species mapping, and ecosystem restoration pilots.
