Invitation for Prequalification & Tender – 2024 TETFund ICT Support
The Federal University Wukari hereby invites reputable and qualified contractors to submit bids for the 2024 TETFund Annual ICT Support Intervention Project.
This tender covers the supply, installation, and deployment of ICT infrastructure including fiber optics, ICT hardware, trenching works, and solar-power network support across designated locations within the University.
Project Lots
Lot 1: Construction of trenching routes, installation of 48-core optic fiber, HDPE pipes, splicing, network devices, rack systems, inverters, and related civil works.
Lot 2: Fiber installation for Social Sciences and Physical Sciences, supply of ICT equipment including laptops, patch panels, switches, racks, media converters, and related civil works.
Lot 3: Supply and installation of solar-power systems, servers, repository software, and multifunction printers.
Eligibility Requirements
Interested bidders must submit all required statutory documents including CAC registration, tax clearance certificates (2022–2024), pension and NSITF compliance certificates, BPP IRR, audited accounts, company profile, evidence of similar jobs, NITDA clearance, and CPN certification.
Submission & Opening
All quotations must be submitted in sealed envelopes addressed to the Head, Procurement Unit, Federal University Wukari, and clearly marked with the appropriate project lot.
Quotations will be opened immediately after the deadline for submission in the Procurement Office, in the presence of bidders or their representatives.
General Information
Only pre-qualified contractors will be invited for the financial bid stage. The University reserves the right to annul the process at any time without liability.
